The Village Fair takes to Sompting Recreation Ground, West Street, Sompting, starting with a Community Strawberry Tea in the main marquee at 3.00pm on Friday 4 June 2010 - open to everyone.

At 6.00pm on Friday, the Beer & Music Festival kicks off, and Shayler's Family Fairground opens its rides until 10.00pm.

On Saturday from 10.00am, the Fairground is open once again, along with the Beer & Music Festival, and there are Community Stalls, miniature steam train rides, entertainments in the arena. Of course, there are food and refreshment stalls (yes, the noodle stall will be back again!)

Then it all happens again on the Sunday from Noon but, before that, there will be a Service of Praise in the main Marquee at 10.30am.

Saturday we welcome a Motorcycle Trials display, an all-comers Karaoke competition, a singing workshop plus an under 18s disco from 8.00pm - 10.00pm.

On Sunday we play host to a Custom Car and Custom Bikes show.

There really is something for everyone over the WHOLE weekend.
