Taking part could not be easier! Just email us from the contact page on our website with your contact information, or complete the booking form.

The Fair aims to provide an awareness of what goes on in the community of Sompting. It will give local organisations and individuals the facility to show what they offer. It will also be an opportunity to raise funds, or just be part of a local community event.

We will provide the plot, and the publicity which will, hopefully, attract a large crowd! We cannot provide electricity or water, but you are more than welcome to provide your own resources if required.

We will try to keep similar stalls apart, although we cannot guarantee this. If you wish to be close to or adjacent to a particular stand, then we will try to accommodate this, but again we cannot guarantee this.

Stands are on a "shared success" basis. There is no charge for registered charities. For interest groups raising money for their funds we do ask for a contribution of 10% of any profit that you make, to go towards the costs of staging the event. For commercial operations, the level of contribution is negotiated individually.

The committee reserves the right to refuse to accept any application it deems incompatible with the stated aims of the Fair.
